The Project

This was a school for under 5 year olds who occupied the building while the works were undertaken, therefore there was a high level of security at all times as health and safety was paramount. The building this project was attached to was grade 2 listed and also it had occupied flats above. There were two balconies measuring 300m squared that were leaking badly and needed full replacement including 18 linear metres of glass patio doors and windows, children’s soft play top and fire escapes.

Our Delivery

There was no on-site parking and deliveries had to be after 8am, all large items needed to be lifted in by crane with demolition material leaving the same way.

Finishing two weeks early and we even had time to fit some new sun shade sails, move heavy planters and drill coconuts for a school project. This was highly rewarding and the children were great fun.
