The Project

This project had many technical phases that needed to be managed correctly, the building was a 800m squared warehouse with subsidence issues to the rear elevation. The underpinning was challenging due to the depths needed to clear the root ball from the sycamore tree in the land adjacent and the fact the Piccadilly tube line ran directly under the building causing the excavations to shake when a train passed underneath.

Our Delivery

The existing 500m2 asbestos roof was removed and a new kingspan roof was installed giving better insulation and light, after redecoration to the offices upstairs and warehouse this once tired warehouse was given a new lease of life and looked fresh and inviting.
