The Project

Built in the 1920s, Carrington House is an attractive Grade II Listed building occupying a prominent position on the east side of Regent Street, at the junction with Regents Place.

The property totals 31,000 sq ft, split into 10,000 sq ft of retail and 20,100 sq ft of offices. We were instructed to perform a CAT A fit out to two of the offices.

Our Delivery

The project was completed to a high specification with two fully reconditioned office areas and a tailor-made washroom. The client was delighted with the end results.
