The Project
A project owned by London Borough of Islington that entailed the demolition of an old bottle works situated at a community centre in Islington, a much loved and highly valued part of the community surrounded by residential properties.
Our Delivery
The project was carried out in two phases, the first was the demolition and removal of the bottle works and then a highly skilled engineering phase of piling and reinforced concrete boundary wall – to prepare the site for future construction. This was a challenging lengthy project that involved on-hand management not only to ensure the smooth completion of the demolition and construction, but also ensuring that throughout the works the community was kept abreast of this project that was close to the hearts of the local people.
